Mettlestate Extends PUBG Mobile League Season 2 Registration Deadline

The South African tournament organizer Mettlestate recently extended the registration deadline for Season 2 of the PUBG Mobile League. The original registration end date was Friday the 17th of January 2019. Mettlestate have cited “connectivity and registration issues” as the reason behind the extensions. South Africa has been experiencing poor internet connectivity and stability since last week. This is largely due to the much publicized West Africa Cable System outage.

The new deadline to register is Thursday the 23rd of January 2019. Matches start in the week of the 27th of January 2019 and the tournament ends on the 20th of February 2019. If you’re interesting in competing then you better hurry. Register directly on Mettlestate’s website. Over 79 teams have already signed up for the R10,000 prize pool that’s on the line, and some fierce competition is expected.
