ESL One Fall 2021 highlights video and results
A total of 12 Dota 2 esports teams battled for their share of the $400,000 prize pool at ESL One Fall 2021 in August. After an exciting round-robin group stage, only eight remained with a shot at winning one of the last big tournaments before The International 10.
Over the past weekend, ESL One Fall 2021 came to a thrilling conclusion, with a grand final that went the distance. Here’s what went down, including a highlights video and the final standings following the playoffs.

In the upper bracket, Tundra Esports made quick work of beastcoast with a clean 2-0 win, and proceeded to knock Virtus.pro down in two quick matches to make it to the grand finals in dominating fashion. PSG.LGD had a much more difficult road to the finals. The Chinese juggernauts lost their first playoffs match to Virtus.pro as the CIS team ate them up with a 2-0 win.
PSG.LGD made a spectacular lower bracket run, with three close games. They managed to beat Team Spirit 2-1, T1 2-1, and took revenge on Virtus.pro with a 2-1 to make it to the grand finals. In the grand finals of ESL One Fall 2021, Tundra Esports took an early 1-0 lead. PSG.LGD, however, fought back with two consecutive wins, now being only one win away from claiming the title of ESL One Fall 2021 champions.
Tundra Esports, a team that didn’t make it to The International 10, showed that they can compete with the best of the best, as they fought back against PSG.LGD and won the next two games in a row to win ESL One Fall 2021 with a 3-2 scoreline.

- 1st place – Tundra Esports wins $175,000.
- 2nd place – PSG.LGD wins $85,000.
- 3rd place – Virtus.pro wins $45,000.
- 4th place – T1 wins $25,000.
- 5th & 6th place – Team Spirit and beastcoast win $15,000 each.
- 7th & 8th place – Team Empire and Alliance win $10,000 each.
- 9th & 10th place – Creepwave and Team Liquid win $5,000 each.
- 11th & 12th place – Thunder Predator and SG Esports win $5,000 each.
A big congratulations go out to Tundra Esports for beating the iconic Chinese squad in the grand finals of ESL One Fall 2021.
