PUBG Mobile Open Series S9 registrations close next week
There’s something very exciting for PUBG Mobile esports fans to start participating in this week. We are, of course, talking about the PUBG Mobile Open Series S9, from South African tournament organizer Mettlestate. Here’s what you need to know about the PUBG Mobile Open Series S9!
PUBG Mobile Open Series S9 details
First up, if you are reading this, then you should know the PUBG Mobile Open Series S9 registration closes soon. To be specific, it closes next week Monday, on 2 August 2021. Therefore, we urge PUBG Mobile fans to head to the Series’ dedicated page on the Mettlestate website to register without delay.
This is a Battle Royale Quads league, open to mobile gamers. Registration is completely free, and while there’s no prize pool for the Open Series, the goal is to be one of the top teams, which means you could get promoted to the Challenger league for the next season. The Challengers league features a prize pool of R3,000. Further, those who make it to the top of the Challengers League in a season will get promoted to the Pro League, where there’s a prize pool of R5,000 on the line.
How the PUBG Mobile Series’ work:
- The top 4 from the Open series will be promoted to the Challenger series each season
- The bottom 4 from the Challenger series will be relegated to the Open series each season
- The top 4 from the Challenger series will be promoted to Pro series each season
- The bottom 4 from Pro series will be relegated to the Challenger series each season
