ESL Pro Tour Championships announced for 2023

ESL has announced the ESL Pro Tour Championships for 2023, so esports fans can mark their calendars right now and maybe even book some time off if they want to attend one of these events in person. Here’s what we know so far about the ESL Pro Tour Championships tournaments taking place next year.

ESL Pro Tour 2023 first details

While there aren’t many details about the ESL Pro Tour Championships tournaments for 2023 just yet, we do have dates, locations, and prize pools to share. CS:GO esports fans will instantly recognize IEM Katowice and IEM Cologne, while the IEM Katowice Masters for Starcraft II is also scheduled for 2023.

The list below showcases the dates, prize pools and venues for the huge IEM events from ESL in 2023.

  • IEM Katowice 2023 CS:GO – 10 to 12 February 2023 in Poland at the Spodek Arena – 24 teams and a $1 million prize pool.
  • IEM Katowice 2023 SC2 – 10 to 12 February 2023 in Poland. 36 players and a $1 million prize pool.
  • IEM Cologne 2023 CS:GO – 4 to 6 August 2023 in Germany at the LANXESS Arena. 24 teams and a $1 million prize pool.

At the time of writing, the teams and players competing are obviously not available yet. Remember, the winner of the IEM Katowice and IEM Cologne 2023 tournaments will also get an ESL Grand Slam point, bringing them closer to the additional $1 million prize.

We can’t wait for these exciting IEM Championships from ESL. Next year is already shaping up to be exciting for both CS:GO and Starcraft 2 esports fans. We will, of course, bring you all the coverage closer to and during these events. For now, just mark your calendars!
