Warzone Open and Pro Series S2 kicks off this week

South African Call of Duty: Warzone fans shouldn’t miss out on tournament organizer Mettlestate‘s Warzone Open and Pro Series S2, which begins this week. For those who don’t know, these types of Series from Mettlestate is basically an ongoing league, with those in the Open Series fighting for a spot in the Pro Series, where there’s a tasty prize pool to compete for.

First and foremost, you can head on over to the league’s dedicated page on the Mettlestate website now to enter. This is a Battle Royale, Quads tournament. It is open to PC, Xbox and PlayStation gamers.

Registration for the Warzone Open Series S2 is completely free for everyone. Don’t miss out, as registration closes at 16:00 SAST this Wednesday, 28 July 2021.

The top teams in the Open Series will qualify for the next season of the Warzone Pro Series. In the current Pro Series (S2), there’s a prize pool of R5,000 up for grabs.

Pro Series Prize pool distribution:
  • 1st place – R2,500
  • 2nd place – R1,500
  • 3rd place – R1,000
