COD Mobile rAge Digital Edition tournament announced by ACGL
Call of Duty: Mobile fans can join in the rAge Digital Edition esports action as African Cyber Gaming League (ACGL) has announced the COD Mobile rAge Digital Edition tournament. The tournament has a prize pool of R7,000 up for grabs. Here’s what you need to know.
COD Mobile rAge Digital Edition details
As part of the “Engage with rAge†initiative, ACGL in collaboration with NAG and rAge, brings you the online COD Mobile tournament to enjoy.
Registration for the COD Mobile rAge Digital Edition tournament qualifier is now open, so head on over to the qualifier page on the ACGL website to enter. While registration is free, there’s a prize pool of R7,000 up for grabs, just like the upcoming League of Legends tournament.
Prize pool distribution:
- 1st place – R4,000
- 2nd place – R2,000
- 3rd place – R1,000
This is a 5v5 tournament with a double-elimination bracket setup. Only players from South Africa, Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Swaziland, Zambia and Zimbabwe are allowed to enter.
The COD Mobile tournament qualifier will start on Monday 2 November at 19:00 SAST. The top teams will play for the cash live to an online audience on 8 November.
