Don’t miss the MTN SHIFT event at Clearwater this weekend
Will you be in Gauteng this coming weekend? Well, if you are, might we suggest stopping by the Clearwater Mall for a huge MTN SHIFT Gaming Experience, thanks to MTN, South African tournament organizer African Cyber Gaming League (ACGL), and a host of sponsors. Here’s what you need to know!
MTN SHIFT The Glenn Mall event details
First and foremost, this is an in-person event, so you must be at the Clearwater Mall to enjoy the activities. It runs from 31 July to 2 August, and you can also go and watch if you don’t want to compete in anything.
The address is: Hendrik Potgieter Rd, Christiaan de Wet Rd, Strubens Valley, Roodepoort, 1735
The main event is the qualifier for the EA FC 26 National Football Tournament. There are the following prizes up for grabs:
- 1st – R2,500 gift card
- 2nd – R1,500 gift card
- 3rd – R1,000 gift card
The winner also gets to compete in the National Final at Canal Walk on 30 August 2026, where a huge R50,000 prize pool is on the line.
