First CS:GO Major announced for France with BLAST Premier

If you’ve been an avid fan of CS:GO esports, you would know a couple of things. First, France has never had a CS:GO Major. In 2023, we will be celebrating 10 years of CS:GO Majors. Lastly, BLAST Premier is arguably the best tournament organizer and provides the best viewer experience, but it has never hosted a Major.

If all these points make sense to you, then you should be very excited to know that the first CS:GO Major of 2023 will take place in France, celebrate 10 years of CS:GO Majors, and will be hosted by BLAST Premier! Here’s what we know so far about the BLAST Paris Major 2023.

About BLAST Paris Major 2023

First and foremost, confidence! On Twitter, BLAST said that: “BLAST.tv will be the home of the Paris Major 2023 and will be the best CSGO viewing experience of any Major. Ever.”

I don’t know what will if that doesn’t get you hyped for the BLAST Paris Major 2023. At the time of writing, we don’t know much about the BLAST Paris Major 2023, but there is a schedule.

The Schedule:
  • RMR’s Qualifiers: February – March (exact dates TBC)
  • RMR’s: 3rd-9th April
  • Major stage: 8th-21st May
  • Challengers stage: 8th-11th May
  • Legends stage: 13th-16th May
  • Champions stage: 18th-21st May

We will be working closely with Valve to ensure we meet and exceed the community’s expectations and deliver an incredible event.”

We can’t wait for the BLAST Paris Major 2023. The hype is real. Don’t forget that the IEM Rio Major 2022 starts at the end of October 2022 with the Challenger Stage, and RMR events are ongoing.
