RLCS SSA Fall Invitational results
A total of 16 teams competed at the RLCS SSA Fall Fall Invitational for their share of the $20,000 prize pool. At the current Dollar to Rand exchange rate, that’s over R345,000.
After the 16-Team Swiss System Format stage was completed, Limitless and White Rabbit Gaming didn’t lose a single match and went on to the playoffs with six other teams.
During the playoffs of the RLCS SSA Fall Invitational, we saw Limitless sweep Aureon E-Sports under the rug with a 4-0 win and got a free win against Reformed, who had to forfeit due to loadshedding issues to make it to the grand final.
On the other side of the playoffs bracket, we saw White Rabbit Gaming narrowly beating AIPX Gaming 4-3 and returned to form by beating Pirates Exdee 4-1 to make it to the grand final.
In the grand final, Limitless showed why they are considered the best Rocket League teams in Sub-Saharan Africa, dominating White Rabbit Gaming with a 4-1 victory to claim the title and their share of the prize pool.
