RLCS 2023 World Championship results

The RLCS 2023 World Championship was a massive LAN event running from 3 to 13 August 2023 in Germany, Düsseldorf, at the PSD Bank Dome venue. Rocket League esports fans had a wonderful time watching all the action, and we even saw Limitless and French Class (Now Valient), filled with South African players, compete on this incredible international stage. Here’s what went down!

RLCS 2023 World Championship results

The best Rocket League teams in the world competed their hearts out in Germany. First off, Limitless managed to win one game in the Wildcard stage against Valiant and couldn’t make it to the playoffs. Limitless went home with $12,000 in prize money in 20-22nd, while Valiant earned $8,000 for their 23rd-24th place finish.

In the single-elimination bracket playoffs, we saw the final eight teams compete for their share of the massive $2,100,000 prize pool in front of a live, roaring crowd at the PSD Bank Dome.

Team Vitality got off to a great start, beating Team Falcons 4-2 and then Karmine Corp 4-2 to make it to the grand finals. On the other side of the bracket, Team BDS destroyed G2 Esports with a 4-1 win and demolished Team Liquid 4-0 to make it to the grand finals of the RLCS 2023 World Championship.

In the grand finals, Team Vitality proved beyond any doubt that they are the best Rocket League esports team in the world, destroying Team BDS with a 4-0 victory to claim the first-place prize of $600,000. For their heroic efforts, Team BDS claims $400,000 in prize money.
