Red Bull Hit The Streets Street Fighter V Tournament Results

The Red Bull Hit The Streets nationwide search for the best Street Fighter V competitor concluded last night, where finalists faced off against each other in the streets of Cape Town. Jabhi “JabhiM” Mabuza proved to be the ultimate fighter, taking home 1st place. The prize? A casual fully expense paid trip to Japan to compete in #RedBullKumite to compete in the LCQ for the 16th and final spot in the main event.

No pressure, JabhiM. To assist, Jabhi will also get time to bootcamp against some of the top Japanese players in the Tokyo Red Bull Gaming sphere prior to #RedBullKumite. We’re certain that that’ll assist in aiming for that 16th spot! JabhiM also walked away with a limited edition “Street Fighter Themed” Razer Panthera Fight Stick. I’m not jealous…

The top three from the event were:

  • 1st: Jabhi “JabhiM” Mabuza
  • 2nd: Sunny “Sunny” Sahota
  • 3rd: Sean Carrington

If you missed the action, make sure you head to Red Bull’s Twitch channel to hit up the VODs.
