South African tournament organizer Mettlestate is finishing off the month of August with another solid batch of one-day Cash Cups for local gamers to compete in. As is tradition, we’ll jump straight into the most important details so you don’t miss out.

Registration for these Mettlestate Cash Cups close about two hours before the events begin, with check-in during the hour before. All tournaments are free to enter, and feature a base prize pool of R1,000, which increases to R2,000 depending on participants’ Premium (VIP) status.
Prize pool distribution:
- 1st place: R500 (R1,000 with VIP)
- 2nd place: R300 (R600 with VIP)
- 3rd place: R200 (R400 with VIP)
