Tribe Campus Battle UCT vs DUT this weekend

South African tournament organizer African Cyber Gaming League (ACGL) and Carry1st are bringing back the Tribe Campus Battle. This time, the University of Cape Town (UCT) is taking on the Durban University of Technology in the “ultimate gaming matchup.” Here’s what you need to know.

UCT vs. DUT Tribe Campus Battle

First off, no, you can’t enter from home and compete online. This is a battle between UCT and DUT, after all.

The teams from UCT and DUT will compete for an R5,000 prize, which one university squad will walk away with. The esports titles of choice this time around are FIFA 23 and Call of Duty: Mobile.

The event takes place this Saturday, 4 March 2023. While you can’t compete, you can definitely watch all the action live. Catch the UCT vs DUT Tribe Campus Battle action on the Tribe_GG YouTube channel, where it will be streamed live. The FIFA 23 is a 1v1 affair, while the COD Mobile is 5v5.
