DPC Season 2 Europe Upper Division: Final matches and schedule
The European region is the biggest, and arguably the most interesting of the Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) regions. It’s also time-friendly for South African Dota 2 esports fans to watch. Since the middle of April 2021, the eight teams of the DPC Season 2 Europe Upper Division have been fighting it out in some intense matches
On 19 May 2021, the DPC Season 2 Europe Upper Division will come to an end. That means there are only two weeks of matches left to go before we know which teams make it to the next Dota 2 Major. For the Dota 2 esports fans out there, we’ve got a list of all the remaining matches so you don’t miss a second of the action.
DPC Season 2 EU Upper Division matches
The DPC Season 2 Europe Upper Division is as close as it can get, with top teams fighting for only two spots in the main event of the next Major, and two spots in the Major Wildcard tournament.
The two weeks of matches are sure to deliver some top tier Dota 2. Please note: All times in the schedule below are in SAST.
DPC Season 2 EU remaining schedule:
- Hellbear Smashers vs Brame – 11 May at 18:00
- Tundra Esports vs Alliance – 11 May at 21:00
- Team Secret vs Team Liquid – 12 May at 18:00
- Alliance vs Hellbear Smashers – 15 May at 18:00
- OG vs Team Nigma – 15 May at 21:00
- Team Secret vs Brame – 18 May at 18:00
- Team Nigma vs Tundra Esports – 18 May at 21:00
- OG vs Team Liquid – 19 May at 18:00
Don’t forget there’s also a prize pool of $205,000 in the DPC Season 2 EU Upper Division. The prize pool for the Upper Division can be viewed below.
- 1st place – $30,000 + 500 DPC points & Major playoffs spot.
- 2nd place – $28,000 + 300 DPC points & Major group stage spot.
- 3rd place – $27,000 + 200 DPC points & Major Wildcard spot.
- 4th place – $26,000 + 100 DPC points & Major Wildcard spot.
- 5th place – $25,000 + 50 DPC points.
- 6th place – $24,000
- 7th place – $23,000
- 8th place – $22,000
