DreamLeague Season 21 results and highlights

At DreamLeague Season 21, organized by ESL, we saw 12 of the world’s best Dota 2 esports teams compete for their share of the $1 million prize pool. In case you missed watching the event live, we’ve got you covered with the results and highlights from the grand final.

There were some surprise eliminations in the group stage, including Evil Geniuses and Team Liquid. Team Spirit topped Group B, and Shopify Rebellion topped Group A after some outstanding performances.

In the playoffs of DreamLeague Season 21, Team Spirit wasted no time sweeping Tundra Esports 2-0 and then proceeded to beat Shopify Rebellion 2-1 to make it to the grand final of DreamLeague Season 21. After beating BetBoom Team with a reverse sweep and losing to Team Spirit, Shopify Rebellion once again beat BetBoom Team 2-1 to make it to the grand final.

In the grand final, however, Team Spirit showed their dominance. After a close first game that nearly touched the 70-minute mark, Team Spirit made quick work of Shopify Rebellion in the next two games to win the grand final 3-0. A big congratulations go out to Team Spirit for their dominating performance! Team Spirit wins the $300,000 first-place prize, while Shopify Rebellion takes home $175,000 for their valiant efforts.
