ATK at American RMR Qualifier for BLAST Paris Major this week
ATK Arena’s CS:GO squad recently managed to qualify for ESL Pro League Season 17, but what about a Major? Well, the team, which is now down to one South African player following the departure of Rhys “â Fadeyâ †Armstrong, will compete at the American RMR qualifier for the BLAST Paris Major 2023.
ATK at RMR qualifier
To be very clear, this isn’t a qualifier for the BLAST Paris Major. This is a qualifier to get into the American RMR event taking place from 5 to 9 April 2023. With that disclaimer out of the way, let’s get to the details of the American RMR qualifier, where ATK will be competing.
The American RMR qualifier runs this week, from 17 to 19 February 2023. A total of 16 teams will compete in the Closed Qualifier for the American RMR for BLAST Paris Major, and the top seven (7) will qualify. At the time of writing, the first eight teams (including ATK) are known, which you can view below.

- Evil Geniuses
- LOS + oNe
- Vendetta
The other eight spots will be filled with teams from the American RMR Open Qualifiers, which also runs this week. This event features a 16-team Swiss System format, where matches are best-of-one, with the exception of advancement and elimination matches, which are best-of-three.
