LA Thieves steal the show at CDL 2025 Stage 4 Major
The final Call of Duty League (CDL) 2025 Major tournament of the season finished up this past weekend, as teams tried their best to claim the last spots at the CDL Championship 2025 event taking place late in June. In case you missed the CDL 2025 Stage 4 Major action, we’ve got you covered.
CDL 2025 Stage 4 Major results & standings
Los Angeles Thieves, the Stage 3 Major champions, had an incredible run at the CDL 2025 Stage 4 Major. Starting in the Upper Bracket Quarterfinals, LA Thieves beat Vancouver Surge with a very convincing 3-0. However, the squad got struck down by a comeback of Miami Heretics in a devastating 3-2 Upper Bracket Semifinals match.
LA Thieves then went on an absolute rampage in the Lower Bracket of CDL 2025 Stage 4 Major, beating Toronto Ultra 3-1 and OpTic Texas 3-1 before taking revenge on Miami Heretics with a 3-0 sweep to make it to the Grand Final, all in front of a live crowd at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas, Texas.
In the Grand Final against Atlanta FaZe, LA Thieves came out swinging, winning on Red Card and Rewind, before Atlanta FaZe retaliated with two wins on Protocol and Skyline. However, LA Thieves showed their big match temperament, winning another two games in a row to finish up the Grand Final with a 4-2 win!
LA Thieves’ Thomas “Scrappy” Ernst picked up the MVP award for his stunning performance across the tournament. Check out the complete list of teams, final standings, and prizes outlined in the table below.
