CDL Stage 4 Major viewer’s guide
Call of Duty esports fans are in for a treat this week as the Call of Duty League (CDL) Stage 4 Major 2023, which takes place later this month. If you are as hyped as we are, then you probably want some more details, including how you can watch the CDL Stage 4 Major, the teams competing, the format and more.
CDL Stage 4 Major details
The CDL Stage 4 Major is, of course, an offline LAN event taking place in the US. It runs from 20 to 23 April 2023, the perfect way for Call of Duty fans to finish up the month of April. The tournament features 12 of the top Call of Duty esports teams in the world. Seeding has been determined by the qualifiers.
The format is a double-elimination bracket. All matches are best-of-five, with the exception of the grand finals, which is best-of-seven. Teams are competing for a prize pool of $500,000. At the current Dollar to Rand exchange rate, that’s roughly R9 million, alongside some CDL points.
Teams competing:
- Atlanta FaZe
- Boston Breach
- London Royal Ravens
- Los Angeles Guerrillas
- Florida Mutineers
- Los Angeles Thieves
- Las Vegas Legion
- Minnesota RØKKR
- New York Subliners
- Seattle Surge
- OpTic Texas
- Toronto Ultra
It will be exciting to see which CDL team comes out on top in the Stage 4 Major. In Stage 2 Major, we saw Atlanta FaZe take down LA Thieves in the finals, and in Stage 3 Major, Toronto Ultra claimed victory.
You can watch all the action from the CDL Stage 3 Optic Texas Major on the official Call of Duty Twitch channel, and the COD League YouTube channel.
