Mettlestate Cash Cups this week | 15 to 21 January 2024
With the holiday season now well and truly over as we enter middle “Januworry”, South African tournament organizer Mettlestate has something to lighten the mood. We are, of course, talking about the weekly Cash Cups, so let’s jump in!
Mettlestate Cash Cups details
There are a total of nine (9) Cash Cups from Mettlestate to enjoy this week, featuring a variety of titles from Hearthstone to League of Legends and COD Mobile. Keep in mind that there’s a chance Mettlestate might add even more! Below, you can find the essential details for these Cash Cups.
- Street Fighter 6 Cup – 1v1 tournament starting Monday, 15 January 2024, at 19:30.
- Garena Free Fire Cup – Solo battle royale tournament starting Monday, 15 January 2024, at 19:30.
- COD Mobile Cup – Solo battle royale tournament starting Tuesday, 16 January 2024, at 19:30.
- Hearthstone Cup – 1v1 tournament starting Tuesday, 16 January 2024, at 19:30.
- League of Legends Cup – 1v1 ARAM tournament starting Wednesday, 17 January 2024, at 19:30.
- Brawlhalla Cup – 1v1 tournament starting Wednesday, 17 January 2024, at 19:30.
- Brawl Stars Cup – 3v3 tournament starting Thursday, 18 January 2024, at 19:30.
- Clash Royale Cup – 1v1 tournament starting Thursday, 18 January 2024, at 19:30.
- EA FC Mobile Cup – 1v1 tournament starting Saturday, 20 January 2024, at 19:30.

With these one-day cash cups, registrations close two hours before the events begin. All tournaments above are free to enter and feature a base prize pool of R1,000. That increases to R2,000 depending on the top three players’ VIP status.
Prize pool distribution:
- 1st place – R500 (R1,000 with VIP)
- 2nd place – R300 (R600 with VIP)
- 3rd place – R200 (R400 with VIP)
