The VALORANT Champions Tour (VCT) 2026 has seen its regional Kickoff events come to an end, and China is the first region to finish up. VCT 2026 China Kickoff results
At the Poly World Trade Center Expo in Guangzhou, China, the best 12 teams competed for only three spots at VCT Masters Santiago, which kicks off at the end of February. There were also some VCT China points on the line, which help a team secure a spot at Champions 2026 later this year.
The format was a triple elimination bracket affair, with upsets aplenty along the way. Neither Dragon Ranger Gaming nor Bilibili Gaming, two strong favorites, managed to secure a podium finish.
Instead, it was All Gamers who came out swinging the hardest. All Gamers slew giants in their Upper Bracket run. First, they took out Nova Esports 2-0, and then shocked Bilibili Gaming with a 2-0 win. Then, All Gamers reverse-swept Dragon Ranger Gaming for a 2-1 victory! For a spot at Masters Santiago, All Gamers managed to beat XLG Esports in a 3-2 slugfest.
After getting knocked down, XLG Esports bounced back to beat Bilibili Gaming with a comeback in a 3-2 affair. In the lower bracket, 2024 world champions EDward Gaming beat Bilibili Gaming 3-1 at the final hurdle to secure the last spot at Masters Santiago. Congratulations!
