VCT 2025 Pacific Ascension sees two quality for main league

The VALORANT Champions Tour (VCT) 2025 Pacific Ascension event was one of the final qualifying tournaments where squads from their respective regions could become partner teams for the 2026 season, and it didn’t disappoint. Let’s take a look at the two teams that qualified for the VCT 2026 Pacific main league.

VCT 2025 Pacific Ascension results

On LAN at the Imperial Samrong Convention Hall in Samut Prakan, Thailand, ten hopeful squads competed for two spots in the main VCT 2026 Pacific league, and their share of the $100,000 prize pool, which is roughly R1.7 million at the current Dollar to Rand exchange rate.

In Group A, we saw SLT go flawless with a 4-0 score, while BOOM Esports earned 2nd place with 3-1, and Motiv Esports scraped by with a 2-2 score, while two other teams were sent packing. In Group B, Velocity Gaming and NAOS Esports both came out on top with 3-1 scores, while Nongshim RedForce earned 3rd place with a 3-1, and a lower round difference than the top two.

In the Playoffs Stage, SLT went flawless yet again, now beating NAOS Esports 2-0 and BOOM Esports 3-0 to earn a spot at the main VCT 2026 Pacific league.

Starting in the Lower Bracket of the Playoffs Stage at VCT 2025 Pacific Ascension, it was Nongshim RedForce who barreled through the competition, beating Velocity Gaming 2-0, Motiv Esports 2-0, and BOOM Esports to claim the final spot at VCT 2026 Pacific.
