VCT 2025 EMEA Stage 1 viewer’s guide
Better late than never! Valorant Champions Tour (VCT) Stage 1 EMEA is the last event to begin, offering fans a tonne of VALORANT esports action starting this week until the middle of May 2025. Here’s what you need to know so you don’t miss out on any of the action.
VCT 2025 EMEA Stage 1 details
Organized by developer Riot Games themselves, the VCT 2025 EMEA Stage 1 event will take place at the Riot Games Arena in Berlin, Germany. The best VALORANT teams from the region are competing for only three spots at the Masters Toronto event and a bunch of VCT points to climb the leaderboards.
It all starts with the Group Stage, running from 26 March to 25 April 2025. The Group Stage features two Round Robin groups of six teams each, where all matches are best-of-three. The top four teams from each group advance to the Playoffs Stage, with positions based on their placement.

Once the dust settles over the Group Stage of the event, we’ll see the top eight teams compete in the Playoffs. In the Playoffs Stage, all matches are BO3, except for the Grand Final and Lower Bracket Final. This is a double-elimination bracket format.
