VCT 2025 Americas Kickoff results & final standings
The top Valorant esports teams from North and South America competed their hearts out in the VCT 2025 Americas Kickoff event, which recently finished up. Here’s what you need to know in case you couldn’t watch the action unfold live.
Results for VCT 2025 Americas Kickoff
From 16 January to 8 February 2025, the 12 best Valorant teams from the Americas region competed for only two spots at Masters Bangkok. With the action taking place in front of a live crowd at the Riot Games Arena in Los Angeles, United States, the stakes couldn’t have been higher.
Early on, G2 Esports rose to the occasion, beating Cloud9 with a clean 2-0 in their opening match and then sweeping both Leviatán and Sentinels with relative ease to make it to the grand finale of VCT 2025 Americas Kickoff and guarantee themselves a spot at Masters Bangkok.
Sentinels pulled off two dramatic reverse sweeps, first against 100 Thieves and then LOUD, before getting knocked down to the lower bracket by G2 Esports. Sentinels then bounced back to beat MIBR 3-1 to make it to the grand finale and secure a spot at Masters Bangkok. However, that’s where Sentinels’ run came to an end, as G2 Esports won the best-of-five grand final with a 3-2 score.
Final standings:
- 1st place – G2 Esports
- 2nd place – Sentinels
- 3rd place – MIBR
- 4th place – KRÜ Esports
- 5th & 6th place – Leviatán and LOUD.
- 7th & 8th place – Evil Geniuses and NRG.
- 9th to 12th place – FURIA Esports, Cloud9, 100 Thieves and 2GAME Esports.
