VCT 2024 EMEA Kickoff viewer’s guide
There is no doubt that Valorant esports fans are spoiled for choice this month, with four regional Kickoff events taking place, which will determine the Masters Madrid teams. We’ve already covered the Americas and Pacific Kickoff events, and now we’ll take a look at the Valorant Champions Tour (VCT) EMEA Kickoff event starting this week.
VCT 2024 EMEA Kickoff details
11 of the best teams from the Europe, Middle East and North Africa regions (EMEA) are competing at the VCT 2024 EMEA Kickoff event for only two spots at the Masters Madrid tournament.
This is an offline LAN event taking place at the Riot Games Arena venue in Berlin, Germany. The VCT 2024 EMEA Kickoff event runs from Tuesday, 20 February 2024, until 1 March 2024, offering a load of top-tier action that Valorant esports fans definitely shouldn’t miss out on.

The first piece of the VCT 2024 EMEA Kickoff event is the Group Stage, which features three double-elimination format groups. All matches are BO3, and the top team moves into the playoffs, while the second-place team gets another shot in the Play-In Stage.
Speaking of the Play-In Stage, which takes place on 26 February, you’ll see three teams compete for one spot in the Playoffs. The playoffs will run from 29 February to 1 March via a single-elimination bracket format.
