RLCS 2025 Birmingham Major results & final standings

From 27 to 30 March 2025, we saw the best  Rocket League esports teams compete at the RLCS 2025 Birmingham Major, in front of a live crowd at the bp pulse LIVE in Birmingham, UK. Here’s what went down with the results and final standings report for the RLCS 2025 Birmingham Major tournament, the first Major of the year.

Birmingham Major RLCS results

With the top 16 teams globally in attendance, including FUT Esports (a Spanish side) from the Sub-Saharan Africa region, sparks flew in the Swiss System Format Group Stage. The 16 teams were whittled down to just eight as we reached the Playoffs, and these eight teams got to play in front of the crowd on 29 and 30 March 2025.

During the RLCS 2025 Birmingham Major Playoffs, the French side Karmine Corp got off to a fantastic start, beating NRG with a 4-2 score after losing the first game to move on to the Semifinals. On the other side of the bracket, The Ultimates took down Team Vitality in dramatic fashion, coming back from 2-0 down to win 4-2.

In the Semifinals, Karmine Corp didn’t take any prisoners, beating FURIA with a very clean 4-0, while The Ultimates eliminated NRG in a close 4-3 match. When it came to the Grand Final, Karmine Corp was unstoppable. They managed to beat The Ultimates without dropping a single game, for a 4-0 clean sweep to win the RLCS 2025 Birmingham Major.

A big congratulations go out to the French side, Karmine Corp, for winning the RLCS 2025 Birmingham Major in such dominating fashion. Karmine Corp wins $102,000, which is roughly R1.9 million at the current Dollar to Rand exchange rate.

Final standings:
  • 1st place – Karmine Corp wins $102,000.
  • 2nd place – The Ultimates wins $51,000.
  • 3rd & 4th place – FURIA and NRG win $36,000 each.
  • 5th & 6th place – Team Vitality and Team Falcons win $22,500 each.
  • 7th & 8th place – Geekay Esports and Twisted Minds win $15,000 each.
  • 9th to 11th place – Dignitas, Gen.G Mobil1 Racing and Luminosity Gaming win $9,000 each.
  • 12th to 14th place – Wildcard, Complexity Gaming, and Team Secret win $6,000 each.
  • 15th & 16th place – Helfie Chiefs and FUT Esports win $3,000 each.
