Umzansi Esports League Summer Season final results
African players have been competing in the Umzansi Esports League Summer Season. The titles included CS:GO, Tekken 7, PUBG: Mobile and FIFA 21. Over the past weekend, the Umzansi Esports League Summer Season Finals took place for all four esports titles, as Nodwin Gaming Africa gave fans plenty of action to watch.
Players and teams in four esports titles fought hard for their share of the combined prize pool of $30,000. As the dust settles over Umzansi Esports League Summer Season Finals, we take a look at the winners.
Umzansi Esports League Summer Season – All the winners
First up, the biggest of the Umzansi Esports League Summer Season esports titles, PUBG Mobile, saw eXile Africa dominate the competition, winning approximately $3,700 in the process.
Next up, we have the FIFA 21 finals, which saw Bravado Gaming’s Masoom take on clanmate Deevak in the finals. After a hotly contested two legs of play, Masoom came out on top with a 4-3 victory. Masoom secured approximately $1,200.
For the Tekken 7 tournament, DaXpt convincingly beat BigDaddyMike in the first semi-final. SlyRSI had a tight match against Callym Beukes in the second semi-final. In the finals, DaXpt continued his dominating run by beating SlyRSI 3-0 to claim victory, and approximately $1,200.
Lastly, in the CS:GO tournament, ATK Arena once again proved unstoppable. They beat DNMK 2-0 in the semi-finals, while Online Kingdom impressed by beating Energy Esports 2-1 in the other semi-final. In the finals, ATK Arena put up an extremely strong performance. The team managed to beat Online Kingdom 2-0, with 16-6 on Inferno, and 16-8 on Mirage. ATK Arena wins approximately $4,900.
