EWC 2025 PUBG Mobile viewer’s guide
Do you love Battle Royale esports, especially on mobile? Then you are in for an absolute treat with the PUBG Mobile tournament at the Esports World Cup 2025 mega-event. Let’s take a look at the most important details, including format, squads competing, schedule, and more.
PUBG Mobile EWC event details
The teams are competing at the Qiddiya Esports Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for their share of the huge prize pool. While the precise prize pool distribution is unknown at the time of writing, we do know it’s a whopping $3,050,000. At the current Dollar to Rand exchange rate, that’s roughly R53 million! Players are competing on the Honor Magic7 Pro.
We kick things off with the Group Stage, which runs from 25 to 27 July 2025. 24 teams are divided into three groups of eight, and play 18 matches (six each day). The top eight teams advance to the Grand Finals, while the bottom 16 advance to the Survival Stage.
From 29 to 30 July, 16 teams will compete in 12 matches (six per day), and the top eight advance to the Grand Finals, while the bottom eight are eliminated. The Grand Finals of the EWC 2025 PUBG Mobile event will take place from 1 to 3 July, where the remaining 16 teams compete in 18 matches (six per day) until a winner is crowned.
