ACGL’s Fortnite May Solo Mythic Royale has R3,000 in prize money up for grabs
We have some more exciting local Fortnite esports action to share. African Cyber Gaming League (ACGL) has announced the Fortnite May Solo Mythic Royale, with R3,000 in prize money up for grabs. Here’s what you need to know.
About May Solo Mythic Royale
In case you’ve been living under a rock, the Mythic Royale series is brought to you by ACGL, and is powered by MSI, Redragon and Sparkfox. The latest addition to the ongoing series of tournaments is the May Solo Mythic Royale, and registrations are now open.
First off, you should head to the May Solo Mythic Royale page on ACGL to enter, and create an account on the website if you don’t have one already.
Then, you can fight your way up the ELO leaderboard for a spot in the tournament. There are only 90 spots available for the May Solo Mythic Royale, which is scheduled to take place on 30 May. The signup deadline is 25 May.
The prize pool distribution for the tournament is:
- 1st place – R1,500
- 2nd place – R750
- 3rd place – R500
- 4th place – R250
Players that qualify for the May Solo Mythic Royale tournament will be notified on 25 May 2020.
ACGL has set out how one goes about qualifying for the tournament, which you can view below:
- Players must complete 5 matches on the ACGL Website and receive a rank
- Players must sign up to this tournament
- Players must be amongst the Top 90 players on our Elo leaderboard.
- All players must reside (currently live in) a Sub Saharan African Country.
