The teams competing at LoL Worlds 2026
Who will lift the coveted Summoner’s Cup this year? Will it be defending champions T1, or will another rise to the occasion to claim that iconic piece of silverware? Well, before the crowning event of the year kicks off on 15 October, the teams competing must be fully decided.
We are so hyped for the 2026 League of Legends World Championship, aka LoL Worlds 2026 or just “Worlds 2026,” that we just wanted to start looking at the squads that will compete.
Now I know the CBLOL event must still be completed before we have a full list of teams, and the seeding for LCS is yet to be determined. However, we can get a good overview of most of the 19 teams that will compete for their share of the $5 million prize pool.
With that disclaimer, you can check out the teams set to compete at LoL Worlds 2026 below, including their regional leagues, their starting stage, and qualification path for good measure.
