LoL Worlds 2025 Grand Final set between T1 and KT Rolster

It’s been incredible to watch the League of Legends World Championship 2025 (LoL Worlds 2025) take place, and after a grueling Playoffs Stage, the top two teams have been determined. Here’s what you need to know about the LoL Worlds 2025 Grand Final.

LoL Worlds 2025 Grand Final details

At the Dong’an Lake Sports Park Multifunctional Gymnasium venue in China, two teams will duke it out in a best-of-five Grand Final, and the winner will lift the coveted Summoner’s Cup and earn the $1 million first-place prize.

On one side of the ring, you have defending back-to-back champions, T1, looking for their third Worlds win in a row. Their legendary midlaner, the “unkillable demon king” aka Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok, is looking to lift his sixth Summoner’s Cup, by far the most of any player in LoL esports history.

T1 made it past the Group Stage by the skin of their teeth with a 3-2 record, then narrowly managed to overcome Anyone’s Legend with a 3-2 comeback in the Quarterfinals. T1 powered up to smash Top Esports 3-0 for a spot in the Grand Final.

In T1’s way stands KT Rolster, who’ve shown incredible form at LoL Worlds 2025 thus far. The South Korean side smashed CTBC Flying Oyster 3-0 in the Quarterfinals and beat the favorites Gen.G Esports 3-1 in the Semifinals to reach the Grand Final of LoL Worlds 2025.
