LCP 2026 Split 1 viewer’s guide

While the first big League of Legends (LoL) esports event of the year (LPL 2026 Split 1) kicked off in China on 14 January, the Pacific region isn’t far behind. Yes, the LoL Championship Pacific 2026 Split 1, aka the LCP 2026 Split 1, also begins this week. Let’s jump straight into the most important details so you don’t miss the action.

LCP 2026 Split 1 details

Hosted by developer Riot Games, the LCP 2026 Split 1 event is an offline tournament taking place in Taipei, Taiwan, from 16 January to 1 March 2026.

The eight best teams from the region are competing. They’ll fight their hearts out for one singular spot in the upcoming First Stand 2026 tournament and some LCP 2026 points. Check out the list of teams below.

  • Deep Cross Gaming

  • Secret Whales

All eight teams will start in the Regular Season. This stage of competition features a single Round Robin format, where all matches are best-of-three. Each team plays seven matches in the Regular Season, with the top six teams advancing to the Playoffs Stage.

In the Playoffs Stage, all matches are best-of-five, and the LCP 2026 Split 1 champion will qualify for First Stand 2026. All matches are played under the Fearless Draft rules system.
