FEARX wins 2025 ASI over Dplus
There’s been a bit of a rivalry between two LCK teams who didn’t make it to LoL Worlds 2025, namely FEARX and Dplus. At the online event, 2025 ASI, we saw one team take revenge.
First off, Dplus and Weibo Gaming topped Group A, while FEARX and NS RedForce topped Group B to claim spots in the Playoffs Stage.
In the Playoffs Stage, Dplus smashed FEARX with a 2-0, sending them down to the lower bracket. Dplus went on to beat NS RedForce 2-0 for a spot in the Grand Final.
FEARX refused to give up in the lower bracket, sending Weibo Gaming and NS RedForce packing with 2-0 scores to reach the Grand Final of 2025 ASI.
In the Grand Final, Dplus took an early lead, and as teams went back and forth, Dplus found match point with a 2-1 score. That’s when FEARX took revenge, beating Dplus in the next two games for a 3-2 comeback in the Grand Final to become the first Asia Invitational champions.
