BLAST Premier Fall 2020 Showdown: What you need to know

CS:GO esports fans have no shortage of great tournaments to watch. This week, another big tournament begins. It is called BLAST Premier Fall 2020 Showdown, featuring a nice prize pool and the chance for two team pros to get to the BLAST Premier Fall finals. Here’s what you need to know.

BLAST Premier Fall 2020 Showdown details

First off, there’s a prize pool of $150,000 at stake, which is roughly R2.3 million. That’s not the biggest prize, however, as the top two teams will qualify for the BLAST Premier Fall 2020 finals scheduled to kick off on 8 December.

A total of 16 teams who have not yet qualified for the BLAST Premier Fall 2020 finals will compete in two single-elimination brackets. This means each and every match will be a do-or-die affair for some top CS:GO teams. The tournament is scheduled to kick off this Tuesday, 24 November and will run until Sunday, 29 November 2020.

Of particular interest is how Cloud9 will perform with their new roster, as well as MIBR. All times in the schedule below are SAST.
