Welcome to the Team Vitality era in CS2 esports

It’s finally happened! We have a Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) era, thanks to Team Vitality. Many thought that it would be impossible for one team to have an era in CS2, such as Astralis had in CS:GO. Well, Team Vitality has proven everyone wrong thanks to absolute, unquestionable dominance in S-Tier events this year.

Thanks to their Major Championship win (2-1 over The MongolZ), the Team Vitality era is officially real. Led by Dan “apEX” Madesclaire with Mathieu “ZywOo” Herbaut and Robin “ropz” Kool as the extremely sharp tips of the spear, Team Vitality’s dominance is undeniable.

The squad has won seven S-Tier tournament trophies in a row, and after IEM Melbourne, completed the ESL Grand Slam Season 5 in dominating fashion. The Chosen One, aka ZywOo, has earned seven tournament MVPs in a row, while ropz continues to crush the opposition.
