NAVI wins ESL Pro League Season 23
During the online stage, many strong teams fell at ESL Pro League Season 23, including G2 Esports, FURIA, PARIVISION, and FaZe Clan.

As the dust settled, eight teams earned their spots at the LAN Finals and fought through the grueling single-elimination bracket.
In the Quarterfinals, it was Astralis that shocked the CS2 scene by eliminating favorites, Team Spirit, with a clean 2-0 win, while Aurora Gaming took care of business against Legacy in a competitive 2-1 affair.
The Turkish powerhouse side, Aurora Gaming, went on to eliminate and on-form Astralis in a nailbiting 2-1, with a reverse-sweep comeback required to make it to the Grand Final.
On the other side of the bracket, it was NAVI who rose to the occasion, eliminating The MongolZ with a 2-0 score, and beating FUT Esports in a 2-1 slugfest to earn a spot in the Grand Final.
Just before the Grand Final, Astralis took care of business in the Third-Place Decider match, reverse-sweeping FUT Esports in a close 2-1, where the third map went into overtime.
In the best-of-five Grand Final, Aleksi “Aleksib” Virolainen’s men couldn’t be denied. While Aurora Gaming did manage to win one map, NAVI came out on top with a solid 3-1 victory.
Congratulations go out to NAVI for winning ESL Pro League Season 23, and to Drin “makazze” Shaqiri for earning his career-first MVP award.
