Bravado adds Swedish AWPer to finalize CS2 roster

Back in April 2024, Bravado Gaming announced Project Destiny 2.0, and we got super excited! Back in 2018 and 2019, Bravado Gaming’s original Project Destiny showed just how well South Africans can compete on the global stage, competing from the North American region.

With Project Destiny 2.0, the team is in Serbia, Belgrade, where they will train and compete until “mid-2026.” Europe is, of course, the strongest region in Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) esports, but they needed one more player to complete the roster. That’s where 22-year-old Swedish AWPer Timothy “tvs” Sjöberg comes in!

Check out the Bravado CS2 roster below.

  • Johnathan “Doru” Fox (IGL)
  • Kian “Triton” Gibson
  • Marchahn “march” Smith
  • Wiljahne “wilj” Smith
  • Timothy “tvs” Sjöberg
  • Daniel “LaBishop” Thomas Hufton (Coach)

Back in the initial Project Destiny 2.0 announcement, Bravado Gaming’s co-founder, Andreas “cent” Hadjipaschali, said that:

“I really believe that they’re going to turn heads. We had spent a lot of money during Project Destiny. We knew that we wanted to spend this money on these players that we knew had what it took. Fast forwarding to today, if I didn’t feel the same now as I did back then, we would never have chosen to make this investment into Project Destiny 2.0 together with our sponsors of Alienware, Dell Technologies, and Intel.”

We can’t wait to see Bravado Gaming’s squad, filled mostly with South African players, compete in the European CS2 scene. Good luck, Bravado!
