As the final CS2 esports event before the player break, the BLAST Premier Spring Final 2024 did not disappoint. After all, eight of the best teams in the world competed in London for their share of the $425,000 prize pool and one spot at the World Final taking place later this year. In the group stage, NAVI topped Group A, beating both Astralis and FaZe Clan to earn a spot in the semifinals. In Group B, Spirit reverse-sweeped G2 and then beat Virtus.pro 2-0 to claim a spot directly in the semifinals. At the Wembley Arena in London, we saw the playoffs take place in front of a live crowd. Virtus.pro took down Astralis with a 2-0 to make it to the semifinals, where NAVI put them to rest with a clean 2-0.

In the other quarterfinal match, Vitality reverse-sweeped FaZe Clan to make it to the semifinals, where Team Spirit returned the favor, reverse-sweeping Vitality to make it to the grand final of the BLAST Premier Spring Final 2024.

In the grand final, we saw NAVI take on Team Spirit in a best-of-five slugfest. Team Spirit won Ancient 13-9 and Dust2 13-9, before NAVI responded with a 13-4 win on Mirage.

On the 4th map, Nuke, Spirit shut NAVI down with a relatively clean 13-6 to win the grand final and become the BLAST Premier Spring Final 2024 champions.

Final standings:
  • 1st place: Team Spirit wins $200,000
  • 2nd place: NAVI wins $85,000
  • 3rd & 4th place: Virtus.pro and Vitality win $40,000 each.
  • 5th & 6th place: Astralis and FaZe Clan win $20,000 each.
  • 7th & 8th place: SAW and G2 Esports win $10,000 each.
