BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024 #2 viewer’s guide
There’s absolutely no rest for Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) esports fans. Just as IEM Cologne 2024 finishes up, and with BLAST Premier Fall Showdown currently underway, we have to remind you that BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024 #2 begins this weekend! Here’s what you need to know.
BetBoom Dacha Belgrade S2 details
Back in May 2024, MOUZ smashed Team Spirit with a 3-0 in the grand finale of the BetBoom Dacha Belgrade #1 event. Starting this Saturday, we’ll see the second event of the year take place. BetBoom Dacha Belgrade #2 runs from 24 August to 1 September 2024.
It is an offline LAN event taking place in Belgrade, Serbia. Twelve teams are competing for their share of the $500,000 prize pool. At the current Dollar to Rand exchange rate, that’s roughly R8.9 million. The event features two double-elimination format (GSL-style) groups with four teams each, where all matches are BO3. The top two teams make it out of each group to compete in the playoffs, where the semifinal matches are BO3, and the grand final is BO5. The four teams who make it through the group stage will join four direct-invite teams in the Playoffs.
