Another week means another round of Cash Cups from South African tournament organizer Mettlestate for us local gamers to enjoy. It’s already the first week of February, and it feels like time is absolutely flying this year. With that in mind, don’t let the Mettlestate Cash Cup opportunities pass you by.

By our count, from 3 to 9 February 2025, there are five (5) of these one-day Cash Cups to compete in. These are thanks to Mettlestate and UrbanX, bringing you some great local action to compete in. - Clash Royale Cup – 1v1 tournament starting Monday, 3 February 2025, at 19:30.
- Marvel Snap Cup – 1v1 tournament starting Tuesday, 4 February 2025, at 19:30.
- Fortnite Cup – Duos battle royale tournament starting Wednesday, 5 February 2025, at 19:30.
- TeamFight Tactics Cup – 1v1 tournament starting Thursday, 6 February 2025, at 19:30.
- Clash of Clans Cup – 1v1 tournament starting Saturday, 8 February 2025, at 19:30.
Registration for these Cash Cups closes about two hours before the events begin, with check-in during the hour before. All tournaments above are free to enter and feature a base prize pool of R1,000, which increases to R2,000 depending on the players’ VIP status.
Prize pool distribution:
- 1st place: R500 (R1,000 with VIP)
- 2nd place: R300 (R600 with VIP)
- 3rd place: R200 (R400 with VIP)
