Every week, we’ve seen South African tournament organizer Mettlestate deliver some great, diverse, one-day Cash Cups for us local gamers to consume, and this week is no different! Let’s just jump straight into the important details for the Mettlestate Cash Cups for the week of 12 to 18 February 2024.
Mettlestate Cash Cup details
By our count, there are five (5) Cash Cups from Mettlestate this week, with a nice variety of titles to compete in, from some battle royale action to FIFA Mobile and more. Below, you can find the most-important details, including start dates, times and formats. Keep in mind that more Cash Cups could be added during the week.

- Garena Free Fire Cup – Solos battle royale tournament starting Monday, 12 February 2024, at 19:30.
- Hearthstone Cup – 1v1 tournament starting Tuesday, 13 February 2024, at 19:30.
- Brawlhalla Cup – 1v1 tournament starting Wednesday, 14 February 2024, at 19:30.
- Clash Royale Cup – 1v1 tournament starting Thursday, 15 February 2024, at 19:30.
- EA FC Mobile Cup – 1v1 tournament starting Saturday, 17 February 2024, at 14:00.
As with all these one-day cash cups, registrations close roughly two hours before the events begin. All tournaments above are free to enter and feature a base prize pool of R1,000. That increases to R2,000 depending on the top three players’ VIP status.
Prize pool distribution:
- 1st place – R500 (R1,000 with VIP)
- 2nd place – R300 (R600 with VIP)
- 3rd place – R200 (R400 with VIP)
