Avientic Fortnite Duo Cup with R3,000 prize pool this week
South African tournament organizer Elite Pro Series and local esports organization Avientic has announced a Fortnite Duo tournament for local gamers to compete in this week, featuring an R3,000 prize pool to fight for. Here are all the important details.
Avientic Duo Cup details
All you need to do to register is get your friends together, form a Fortnite Duo team, and head on over to the Elite Pro Series website. From here, you can follow the registration instructions. This tournament is open to PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo and mobile gamers, and it is completely free to enter via one of the qualifiers.
There are two qualifiers and the finals taking place this week. Check out the schedule below so you don’t miss out on any of the Fortnite esports.
- 22 April 2022 – Qualifier 1
- 23 April 2022 – Qualifiers 2
- 24 April 2022 – Finals
The qualifiers get underway at 17:00 SAST and registration close roughly one hour before the tournament begins. At the time of writing, the exact prize pool distribution is unknown.

- Victory Royale: 56 Points
- 2nd: 50 Points
- 3rd: 46 Points
- 4th: 44 Points
- 5th: 42 Points
- 6th: 40 Points
- 7th: 38 Points
- 8th: 36 Points
- 9th: 34 Points
- 10th: 32 Points
- 11th: 30 Points
- 12th: 28 Points
- 13th: 26 Points
- 14th: 24 Points
- 15th: 22 Points
- 16th: 20 Points
- 17th: 18 Points
- 18th: 16 Points
- 19th: 14 Points
- 20th: 12 Points
- 21th-25th: 8 Points
- 26th-30th: 6 Points
- 31th-40th: 2 Points
- Each Elimination: 2 Points
