ALGS 2023 Championship 2023 details
The ALGS 2023 Championship event takes place at the Resorts World Arena venue in Birmingham, United Kingdom. This is a LAN event played in front of a crowd and features the best 40 teams in the world who have qualified throughout the 2023 season of the ALGS.
Teams are competing for a huge prize pool of $2 million. At the current Dollar to Rand exchange rate, that’s roughly R38.5 million!

40 teams will start in the Group Stage, split into four groups of 10 teams each. Groups will play each other in a six-game series for a total of 18 games for every team. From here, the 20 highest teams will start in the winner’s bracket, and the 20 lowest teams will start in the loser’s bracket.
In the finals of the ALGS 2023 Championship, two eight-game series will be played featuring the 20 remaining teams using a Match Point format!
