PARIVISION wins DreamLeague Season 29
As we get ever closer to the Esports World Cup and later, The International 2026, the Dota 2 esports scene continues to heat up. DreamLeague is the biggest online event of its kind, and Season 29 didn’t disappoint, with the best teams in the world duking it out. Here’s how things went down at DreamLeague Season 29.
PARIVISION beat Aurora to win DreamLeague S29
After an exciting Group Stage, a dozen teams set their sights on the double-elimination Playoffs Stage bracket, with a huge $1 million prize pool on the line.
On one side of the bracket, it was PARIVISION who took care of business, defeating Team Liquid with a 2-1 score, reverse-sweeping Team Falcons 2-1, and reverse-sweeping Team Spirit 2-1 for a spot in the best-of-five Grand Final.
Aurora Gaming took out NAVI with a 2-1 reverse-sweep comeback in the Upper Bracket Quarterfinals before falling to Team Spirit. In the Lower Bracket, Aurora Gaming showcased perfect form, smashing Tundra Esports 2-0, Team Falcons 2-0, and Team Spirit 2-0 in an utterly clean run for a spot in the Grand Final.
In the DreamLeague Season 29 Grand Final, it was PARIVISION who put a stop to Aurora Gaming’s miracle run. It was a close, back-and-forth affair, keeping us on the edge of our seats. The Grand Final went the distance, with PARIVISION coming out on top with a 3-2 victory to win the tournament.
