Mettlestate Battlegrounds for May 2025
In February this year, South African tournament organizer Mettlestate launched Battlegrounds, a new event type with a monthly leaderboard. Months later, and the event system is thriving, entertaining local gamers, ourselves included! Here’s what you need to know about the Mettlestate Battlegrounds that you can compete in during May 2025.

By our count, there are four (4) Battlegrounds for players to compete in during the month of May 2025. These are month-long events, so you can join and compete at any time, climbing the leaderboards. They are all 1v1 events, which means you can play without finding partners to group up with. These events end on 31 May 2025. Check out the essential details and registration links below.

All Battlegrounds listed above are free to enter and feature a base prize pool of R1,000, which increases to R2,000 depending on the Premium (VIP) status of players that make it to the money.
