YaLLa Compass Qatar 2025 viewer’s guide
From 16 to 19 April 2025, YaLLa Esports is hosting YaLLa Compass Qatar 2025, an A-Tier Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) esports tournament that brings together 12 solid teams. With a $300,000 prize pool and a tight, four-day schedule, this event promises to deliver fast-paced action that fans definitely don’t want to miss out on. Here’s what you need to know.
YaLLa Compass Qatar event details
The tournament kicks off with a Group Stage, featuring two round-robin groups of six teams. All matches in this stage will be Best-of-One (Bo1). The top three teams from each group advance to the Playoffs:
- 1st place – Advances directly to the Semifinals
- 2nd & 3rd place – Enter the Quarterfinals as High and Low Seeds
From there, it’s a Single-Elimination bracket, with all Playoff matches played as Best-of-Three (Bo3). One loss, and it’s over. The 12 teams confirmed for YaLLa Compass Qatar 2025 are:

The $300,000 prize pool will be distributed among all participants, with a large chunk going to the eventual winners. At the current Dollar to Rand exchange rate, that’s roughly R5.8 million. All the CS2 esports matches will be streamed live on Twitch and YouTube, with official coverage expected via YaLLa Esports’ channels.
