IEM Dallas 2023 viewer’s guide
As part of the Intel Grand Slam series, Intel Extreme Masters (IEM) Season IEM Dallas 2023 is kicking off next week, on 29 May 2023. This follows the incredibly exciting BLAST Paris Major 2023, keeping CS:GO esports fans glued to their screens. Here’s what you need to know with a quick and informative IEM Dallas 2023 viewer’s guide.
IEM Dallas 2023 details
Running from 29 May to 4 June 2023, IEM Dallas 2023 is an offline event taking place in US, Dallas, at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center. There’s a huge $250,000 prize pool up for grabs, as well as a tonne of ESL Pro Tour and BLAST Premier points. At the current Dollar/Rand exchange rate, the prize pool is nearly R5 million.
IEM Dallas 2023 begins with a group stage (double-elimination GSL-style format). The top three teams from each group advance to the playoffs. In the playoffs, six teams will compete in a single-elimination bracket. The semi-finals and quarterfinals are best-of-three, while the grand final is best-of-five.
