BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2023 results
Tournament organizer BLAST Premier kicked the S-Tier CS:GO esports action off with a bang in January with the BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2023 event. In case you couldn’t watch all the action live, we’ve got you covered with the final results and standings.
Spring Groups 2023 results
At the BLAST Studio in Copenhagen, Denmark, this LAN event saw 12 teams compete for their share of the $177,500 prize pool. At the current Dollar to Rand exchange rate, that’s just shy of R3 million.
The most important prize, however, was the six spots available at the BLAST Premier Spring Final 2023. The top six teams make it to the Spring Final, while the bottom six will join others in the Showdown events for their region, which takes place in April 2023.
Mostly, the results were quite expected for the BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2023, with the top-rated teams going into the event populating the top six places. Check out the full standings below.
- 1st to 3rd place – Team Vitality, G2 Esports and FaZe Clan win $27,500 each and a spot in Spring Final.
- 4th to 6th place – Na’Vi, Astralis and Heroic win $17,500 each and a spot in the Spring Final.
- 7th to 9th place – BIG, OG and Complexity win $8,500 each.
- 10th to 12th place – Evil Geniuses, NIP and Team Liquid win $5,666 each.
Remember, the bottom six teams move on to the BLAST Premier Spring Showdown 2023 regional events, so all hope is not lost for them to make it to the Spring Finals.
