PUBG Mobile launches 2Gether We Play Challenge

PUBG Mobile has announced and launched the 2Gether We Play challenge for gamers to enjoy during the lockdown. There’s a whole lot going on that South Africans can keep themselves busy with. Here’s what you need to know about the 2Gether We Play Challenge.

2Gether We Play Details

The #2GetherWePlay Challenge campaign will run for the duration of the lockdown. It kicked off on 30 March and will run until 15 April 2020. The 2Gether We Play Challenge consists of an exciting mix of events, including tournaments from Mettlestate.

In a press release, PUBG Mobile Africa explains:

“In an effort to bring the PUBG Mobile community together over these extraordinary times, PUBG Mobile Africa has launched a #2GetherWePlay Challenge campaign for the duration of the government-imposed lockdown.”

There are daily brawls, room card and loot drops on social media, and special in-game rewards for consecutive logins over the game event days. The challenge is open to PUBG Mobile players across South Africa.

PUBG Mobile is a relatively big download, and those who want to get in on the action might not have enough data or access to Wi-Fi. With that in mind, Vodacom customers can download the game for free without paying for the download’s data exclusively on Vodacom’s portal, Play Inc.

Mettlestate Tournament Details:

Tournaments are set to take place on Thursday 2nd April, Tuesday 7th April, Thursday 9th April, and Tuesday 14th April. There is a total prize pool of R10 000. Open and Pro registrations are now closed but you may still register as a varsity team.
