BLAST Premier Spring Final results & highlights
With Team Vitality’s win at the BLAST Paris Major still fresh in the minds of CS:GO esports fans, the BLAST Premier Spring Final 2023 took place in Washington, D.C., from 7 to 11 June. Here’s what went down during the finals!
BLAST Premier Spring Final results
Eight of the best teams in the world competed for their share of the $425,000 prize pool and one spot at the BLAST Premier World Final in a single-elimination bracket, where one mistake means the end of a team’s run. It was an exciting event to watch, featuring some of the best CS:GO plays as we edge ever closer to Counter-Strike 2.

Team Vitality first took out FaZe Clan with a 2-0 where the first map, Anubis, went into overtime. Then, Team Vitality reverse-sweeped G2 Esports in the semi-finals to make it to the grand finals.
On the other side of the bracket, Danish powerhouse Heroic beat Brazillian team Imperial in a dramatic 2-1 win, with the decider, Nuke, getting forced into overtime.
In the best-of-three grand final between Heroic and Team Vitality, Heroic won 16-9 on Vertigo. Team Vitality then clawed back a point on Mirage with a 16-10 win before Heroic finished it off on Inferno with a 16-9 win.
Congratulations to Heroic for winning the BLAST Premier Spring Final 2023, earning a spot in the World Final, and the $200,000 first-place prize.
