ClearAccess Quark League featuring Fortnite with R5,000 prize pool
From South African tournament organizer African Cyber Gaming League (ACGL) and leading local ISP Clear Access, comes a new Fortnite league for local gamers to enjoy, named after ClearAccess’s cutting-edge Quark product. It’s starting soon and features an R5,000 prize pool, so let’s jump into the details!
ClearAccess Quark Fortnite League details
First and foremost, it is completely free to enter the ClearAccess Quark Fortnite League. You can just get your team of three together for the Trios Battle Royale format and head on over to the event’s page on ACGL to register for free.
The event runs from this Sunday, 14 April, starting with the first qualifier. There are three qualifiers throughout April, leading up to the Finale in the first week of May.
The schedule:
- Qualifier 1: 14 April, starting at 14:00
- Qualifier 2: 21 April starting at 14:00
- Qualifier 3: 28 April starting at 14:00
- Finale – 5 May starting at 14:00
All times above are in SAST. As you can see, all three qualifiers and finale are played on Sundays. The top 16 teams in each group will qualify for the finale, which will be broadcast as well! IThere’s a prize pool of R5,000 to compete for.
Prize pool distribution:
- 1st place: R2,000
- 2nd place: R1,500
- 3rd place: R600
- Qualifier Weekly Winner: R300
